| Am I the only one who uses clear nail polish on my finished work when I want it extra glossy? It works beautifully for the "wet look" |

You might want to investigate further....
I am new to polymer clay however I just read that nail polish as a sealer is a bad idea. Apparently it seems to be fine until a few months down the road and then the reaction between the PC and the polish cause a sticky mess.
As I said I am new and thus have not had personal experience with this combination but before you use nail polish on anything you have put a lot of effort into I would definitely do additional research.
Good luck,

| I've used nail polish on personal pieces and beads, but not for my pieces that I sell. That said, I've never had a problem with a piece I've used it on...some I've had for quite a few years. Fore sale pieces I usually just use one of the commercial glazes - sculpey or fimo. |
