The subject line says it all. How does this stuff perform outdoors?
Thanks a Bunch

I made a sundial a few years ago. The gizmo that sticks up (has a name but my brain can't remember it.) I made that out of clay. Now I also painted it with metalic paint, the paint is pealing off. But the clay is just fine! (next one I make, I will NOT be painting.)
The thing is three years old now, and has held up fine in Michigan weather.
So I'd say yes. |

Your sundial indicator is called a gnomon. Thanks for your reply.

AHHHH, Yea that's what it's called! I KNEW that!
Say.. I saw a site today with a bunch of really cute bird houses using fimo clay for trim. He sealed it with something, polyurathane? Gosh I wish I bookmarked that one. But he did say his houses were outside for years with no fading.
So whatcha making??? |
