Hi Everyone,

I'm fairly new to polymer clay, and I've started finding all kinds of neat tools that aren't specifically made for clay, but they work great for detailing and decorating.

I'm curious if anyone on here has ever tried to use a cake decorating icing bag and piping tip to make details with the clay. I realize that as is, the clay would probably be too hard/firm to squeeze through the tip. I was thinking that possibly mixing liquid clay with regular clay would maybe work. I've also heard of the air dry clay being very soft and sticky (almost icing consistency).

I didn't want to ruin a perfectly good cake decorating set or invest the money in one if it is not going to work, so I thought I'd ask if anyone on here has ever tried anything like this before.

Thanks,
Lindsay
