You learn something new everyday and yesterday I learned that dark clothes and light clay don't mix - literally.
Have you ever been working with light clay and little pieces of cark lint or fluff stick to your clay? It could be your clothes especially if you're wearing velour, flanel, or wool. So, here's your fashion tip - light colours of cotton or similar fabric clothing for light colour clay - your creations will be better for it! |

This is one of my biggest problems with clay, especially when working with white clay. I am not able to keep it "lintless". I've never really paid attention to what I was wearing though, so I'll keep the light clothes idea in mind. It makes sense!
